Reporting to the Site Leader, the Camp Coordinator works closely with fellow on-site leadership and HQ staff to coordinate and complete the customer service and administrative tasks necessary to run a top-quality camp. The Headfirst Summer Camps Camp Coordinator brings the Headfirst Summer Camps mission to life by acting as a key contributor to the day-to-day operational quality, safety, and success of camp. Based in the on-site camp office, the Camp Coordinator must be an inspirational and detail-oriented project manager who can help resolve any on-site issue that may arise. The Camp Coordinator must also be an organized and discrete administrator who can maintain complete and accurate camp records. Finally, the Camp Coordinator must be a dedicated and composed professional who can act as a representative for Headfirst Summer Camps to camp families, communicating effectively both verbally and in writing.
