The Staff & Safety Coordinator for Headfirst Summer Camps will work on-site at our Alexandria, Virginia location and manage all aspects of the Headfirst camp experience related to the health and well-being of campers and staff. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, careful management of camper medication, oversight of all safety procedures and policies, communicating safety updates to parents and Headquarters as needed, and the safekeeping of confidential camper and staff information. A natural leader, the Staff & Safety Coordinator is responsible for mitigating issues that may arise among our seasonal team members, as well as building a community to support the culture of camp. The Staff & Safety Coordinator is the on-site liaison to the Talent Department, working with their fellow team members to set schedules, manage changes to availability, and keep track of daily staff attendance.
