Headfirst Summer Camp Certified Lifeguards & Swim Instructors balance time supervising pool safety as a lifeguard and teaching swim classes. This includes, writing home to parents about camper’s progress in the pool, and assisting in swim testing for recreational swim blocks. We provide the pool policies, instructional swim curriculum & daily camp schedules along with all equipment for a successful day at the pool but need you to bring camp to life with your enthusiasm and eye for safety.

The Extended Day (PMX) Program Leader will oversee, support, and coach a team of counselors as they lead campers in pre-written curriculum where children experience camp through the power of play. We provide the training, curriculum & daily camp schedules along with all equipment for a successful camp day but need you to organize the program and bring camp to life with your enthusiasm, dedication and un-matched energy.
Camper ages:
Headfirst Summer Camp Junior Counselors are team players who are willing to work in any program as needed. While there may be opportunities to specialize in a particular camp program throughout the summer, our Junior Counselors are characterized by their dedication, flexibility, and willingness to work with campers of all ages and interests as the assistant counselor in a group. We provide the training, curriculum & daily camp schedules along with all equipment for a successful camp day but need you to bring camp to life with your enthusiasm, dedication and un-matched energy.
The Safety & First Aid Coordinator manages all aspects of the Headfirst camp experience related to the health and well-being of campers and staff. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, careful management of camper medication, oversight of all safety procedures and policies, communicating safety updates to families and Headquarters as needed, and the safekeeping of confidential camper and staff information.
