The Safety & First Aid Coordinator manages all aspects of the Headfirst camp experience related to the health and well-being of campers and staff. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, careful management of camper medication, oversight of all safety procedures and policies, communicating safety updates to families and Headquarters as needed, and the safekeeping of confidential camper and staff information.

The Program Manager for Athletic Showcase Events will lead all aspects of our Headfirst Baseball & Softball Showcase Camps business division, with primary responsibilities for divisional strategy & growth, program development, relationship management, budget ownership, event execution and on-site logistics.
This role will report to Headfirst’s Director of Programs & Operations and lead a full-time team including a Marketing Manager and Program Operations Associate, as well as a team of seasonal/event staff through the full cycle of conception, planning and execution of our Showcase Camps programs.
This role is integral to strengthening important, long-term relationships with key vendors, facilities, and partners. Partners are inclusive of baseball and softball collegiate partner programs, as well as key baseball and softball high school travel programs – with a focus on relationship management and retention. The Customer Experience Intern (CX Intern) will serve as a Headfirst Companies Customer Experience Team Ambassador for our customers, acting as the main customer-facing team member for all phone and email communication from our office in Woodley Park, Washington DC. You will be at the office each day, Monday through Friday, managing all customer communications for multiple of our camp locations.
In coordination with on-site leadership and our Headquarters team, you will ensure customer needs and requests are met, owning the entire process from initiation to completion, bringing our brand to life by delivering only the highest level of customer experience. The CX Intern is a dynamic communicator and proactive problem solver who is comfortable speaking with anyone, knowing that maximizing our camper experience is at the heart of what we do.
