The Customer Experience & Extended Day Coordinator (CX/PMX Coordinator) will serve as a Headfirst Companies Customer Experience Team Ambassador for our customers, acting as the main customer-facing team member for all phone, email, and in-person communication onsite at your camp location.   You will be at camp each day, Monday through Friday, working in two roles: 1) Managing all customer communications during the regular camp day hours and 2) Serving as the leader of Afternoon Extended Care (PMX) for our Cathedral Heights, NW DC camp location.   You are a committed leader who will ensure customer needs and requests are met, bringing our brand to life by delivering only the highest level of customer experience, and in the afternoon, will work seamlessly with the Extended Day Lead Counselor to run safe and fun after-camp activities. As the bridge between camper experience, families, and Headquarters, the CX/PMX Coordinator is a dynamic communicator and proactive problem solver who is comfortable speaking with anyone, knowing that maximizing our camper experience is at the heart of what we do.   This posting is specific for this role at our Cathedral Heights, NW D.C. location.
