Headfirst Summer Camp Day & Junior Day Camp Counselors will lead campers in pre-written theme-based curriculum as our youngest campers try new things and experience camp through the power of play. We provide the training, curriculum & daily camp schedules along with all equipment for a successful camp day but need you to bring camp to life with your enthusiasm, dedication and un-matched energy.
Camper ages: 3-6 years old
Activities include: art, story time, swimming, sports and games, music and movement, moon bounce, playground, STEM
Weekly themes include: Animals, superheroes, insects, outer space
Schedule:
- In-season (late June through mid August): 7:45 am – 3:30 pm Monday – Friday
- Pre-season (early June): select weekends for training and site preparation
Compensation: $15.65 / hour

Counselors will lead campers in pre-written curriculum as they collaborate on theme-based projects to solve a culminating problem centered in STEM & the creative arts. We provide the training, curriculum & daily camp schedules along with all equipment for a successful camp day but need you to bring camp to life with your enthusiasm, dedication and un-matched energy.
Camper ages: 7-8 years old
Activities include: team-building, group games, field trips and guest expert workshops, science challenges, art projects
Weekly themes include: Oceanography, cooking, urban design, sports science
Schedule: 7:45 am – 3:30 pm, Monday – Friday
Compensation: $15.65 / hour

Camper ages: 5-12 years old
Activities include: field & court sports including basketball, soccer, floor hockey, flag football; PE-style games consisting of hungry hippos and capture the flag; mental agility and mindset; tournament competitions; team spirit activities
Schedule:
- In-season (late June through mid August): 7:45 am – 3:30 pm Monday – Friday
- Pre-season (early June): select weekends for training and site preparation
Compensation: $15.65 / hour

We provide the training, curriculum & daily camp schedules along with all equipment for a successful camp day but need you to bring camp to life with your enthusiasm, dedication and un-matched energy.

Headfirst Summer Camp Extended Day (PMX) Lead Counselors will act as the bridge between camper experience, families, and our aftercare partner. This individual is a capable communicator and problem-solver, who is willing to be flexible in their responsibilities as needed.
Camper ages: 3-12 years old
Activities include: Escorting campers from their aftercare location to carpool location and into their pick-up vehicle, tending to all Headfirst Carpool policies as directed by the Extended Day Coordinator.
Schedule:
- In-season (late June through mid August): 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm Monday – Friday
- Pre-season (early June): select weekends for training and site preparation
