Each week of Day & Junior Day Camp has a unique, immersive theme that is built to capture the imaginations of campers and counselors alike, and the Art & STEM Specialist is instrumental in fostering this creative expression. Reporting directly to the Day Camp Program Leader, they use their passion for both art and the sciences to create formative experiences throughout the summer through hands-on projects and interactive demonstrations.
Responsible for both the management of the onsite team across all levels and the coordination of materials and facility logistics, the Assistant Director – Operations & People thinks clearly with the ability to consider the impact of interconnected programming and facilitates the organization of our camp programs and staff on their site. Reporting to the Site Director and managing their own team of coordinators, they are a natural leader who values personal connections with their team.

Reporting to the Assistant Director – Operations & People, the Customer Experience Coordinator will respond to parent questions, requests, and concerns through exceptional customer service. Working with on-site leadership as well as our HQ team, they ensure customer needs and requests are met, owning the entire process from initiation to completion.

The curriculum for Extended Day spans a wide variety of ages and interest areas and the Extended Day Coordinator is a committed, driven leader who will work seamlessly with the Extended Day Program Leader running camper activities. Reporting to the Assistant Director – Operations & People, this individual is a capable communicator and problem-solver, who is willing to be flexible in their responsibilities as needed.
Reporting to the Assistant Director – Operations & People, the Facilities Coordinator will provide smooth and efficient operation of their site, allowing both campers and counselors to make the most of their summer. Acting as the epicenter of successful camp operations, they will spend the majority of each day outdoors, ensuring all camp programs and activities are ready throughout the day.
Each week, the Innovators, Inc. Counselors will support campers as they collaborate on projects to solve a culminating problem centered in STEM & the creative arts. Reporting to the Innovators, Inc. Program Leader, they will help to produce transformational experiences for campers through curriculum, providing the enthusiasm necessary to bring each theme to life.

Our programs range from Multi-Sport to STEM with everything in between, and our Junior Counselors are team players who are willing to work in any program as needed. While there may be opportunities to specialize in a particular camp program throughout the summer, our Junior Counselors are characterized by their dedication, flexibility and willingness to work with campers of all ages and interests. Reporting to the Assistant Director, People & Operations, Junior Counselors are enthusiastic, driven individuals who understand the importance of bringing camp magic to life.
Our Multi-Sport curriculum uniquely combines sports and education to facilitate growth in our campers throughout the course of the summer. Reporting to the Multi-Sport Program Leader, Multi-Sport Counselors focus on building connections with their camp group and taking personal responsibility for each camper’s well-being, enjoyment, and development.
The Multi-Sport Lead Counselor is passionate about both sports and education, and actively works during the summer to facilitate growth in our campers and counselors. Reporting to the Assistant Director - Programming, the Multi-Sport Lead Counselor will produce transformative experiences through our curriculum, encouraging every camper to build character through the lens of sports instruction.

Reporting to the Assistant Director, Operations & People, the Safety & First Aid Coordinator will manage all aspects of the Headfirst camp experience related to the health and well-being of campers and staff. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, careful management of camper medication, oversight of all safety procedures and policies, communicating safety updates to parents and HQ as needed, and the safekeeping of confidential camper and staff information.

Every ship needs a captain, and as the leading authority on site, the Site Director acts as a jack-of-all-trades when it comes to running an incredible camp program. Reporting directly to our HQ team, and managing a team of onsite leadership, the Site Director is a dynamic, personable leader who embodies the spirit of camp.
Our STEM curriculum is designed for campers to explore and develop their interest in a variety of disciplines including robotics, coding, and environmental conservation. The week-long themes allow campers to dive deep into hands-on challenges and real-life application beyond the classroom. Reporting to the STEM Program Leader, STEM Counselors are patient, caring educators with a strong attention to detail, knowing that their work is pivotal to the success of our camp programming.
Our STEM curriculum is designed for campers to explore and develop their interest in a variety of disciplines including robotics, coding, and environmental conservation. The week-long themes allow campers to dive deep into hands-on challenges and real-life application beyond the classroom. Reporting to the Assistant Director, Programming the STEM Program Leader will diligently provide instruction and ensure smooth execution of programming.
